I would like to know which is a better option for an MBA from USA couple of IT courses in the MBA but as such MBA is a general MBA, undergrad in Commerce from India. Which category has more chances to get TN CSA or Management Consultant.

Management Consultant.

For a CSA , they would most likely look for computer related degree or course in succession to a degree.

But be aware that MC are generally short termed unless working for a Consulting company .

suppose the offer letter says less than 3 years, would the USCBP issue a 3 year status...

The results can differ on a case to case basis...but of the 2 , you certainly hold better chances in MC category.

MC & CSA are perhaps most scrutinized categories ...

I will wait for other Senior CDs to share their views.
