I am using the vonage home phone with global plan for $33.00 + tax which includes about 60 countries. If you don't have home phone, you can still order a free number from one of the online phone retailers and subscribe to vonage. They offer extension onto your cell phone (up to 2 numbers) on the same plan.

Been using Reliance India for over 5 years and have no issues. Call and service quality is much better than other similar service (in my opinion) Signed up with Vonage for home phone (used by Mother is Law) and had no issues. Will be disconnecting Vonage since we don't use it anymore since MIL gone back.

Won't go wrong with either service but depends on your need. If there is someone home that needs home phone, go with Vonage and you can get app for your smartphone as well. If you don't need home phone then go with Reliance.
