I am planning to buy townhouse in brampton.
Can anyone suggest good neighborhood in Brampton from following perspective?
- Good school.
- Easy access to go station (15-20 mins drive peak times)

Sandalwood and Bramalea or Bovaird and Bramalea should be a good location..

You can try at main and Buvaid. Very close to go station

For easy access to go station, if you want to go for a new townhouse, the subdivision near Mount Pleasant Go Station is the best bet. Few townhouses are at even under 5 minutes walking distance. The other two Go Stations (Brampton downtown and Bramalea) have older construction. Visit these areas on Saturday/Sunday during 12 to 4 to see some open houses.

For good school, do some research and check out the school rating of these areas. You can also visit these areas in morning to see the school crowd to have a sense.
