Sounds good. It is there "clear and bold". Interestingly the next line says "एक हज़ार से ज्यादा पानी इस्तमाल करनेवालों पर महेंगी दंरे लागू की जायेंगी"
Actually he did increased rate for those using between 700 to 1000 liter by over 150%!!!
Something he deviated from what was promised. May be the price calculation to cover up the deficit.
He is definitely playing an interesting politics to keep people surprised, amused and happy but really not sure this is going to work.
He is really smart and knows well what to do to keep in news and all the gimmicks even Lalu can't have imagined.

This is being done to inculcate habit of conserving water and limited use. Its a brilliant idea. Well known habit of an irresponsible Indian is to use freebies (and public property) without a care. Only fear of losing money can mend our habits. Same as fear of heavy fine and increase in insurance keep your driving speed in check in Canada.
Look for some other excuse to beat AAP... I am sure you are good at it.
Here is one:
Before election - Blasting Sheila and Congress for all sorts of corruptions, including exact number and details and clear promise to expose those corruptions.
After elections - Now - Asking BJP to provide evidences before he proceeds (If BJP gives me evidences in two hours I will start inquiry)
So two possibilities:
1. He was just bluffing before the elections so that he can win the votes.
2. He has a deal with Congress for this Government.
If the 1 is true then he is just a liar and people will not take his any of the stunts seriously.
If the 2 is true then he has a great deal with Congress, which means for power he can do anything including covering up corrupt congress.
In either case he is crook but the 1st one is less serious.

Before and after the stand is same on sending corrupt to jail, BJPians included. It was reiterated in the assembly yesterday just before asking people to vote for confidence. That is the level of clarity. Waiting for the lokayukt and audit reports to come out. Currently busy in solving basic issues like water and power.

Lokayukt is not the solution of each corruption related issues. Even with existing laws one can be executed.
The point is - he clearly says he has evidences, before the election and after the election he expects the opposition to provide those.
Here is another link where he not only telling people details of each corruption by Congress government but also the actions he will take. Now he himself is in Government and Shiela is an ordinary citizen, who is preventing him from doing anything? The "Aman" deal?

We will see in 5 years. He (AK) has already proven himself in the first two days itself. What else proof do you require?
I am sure the Modi fanboys are all so shaken that they can't fathom the rise of AK, who stole the limelight (for all the right and valid reasons). Now, they are coming up with absolutely nothing and that doesn't make any sense.
