1) Do we need to have Separate Date of Birth Certificate? Can't we use Passport as DOB proof.

2) What is the University degrees in sealed covers. I don't have any sealed covers so what I have to do? Is it manadatory to have the sealed covers? Is it enough If I can make send notarixed photocopies of my certifiactes

3) For the experience Do we need to submit the offer letters also?

4) How many months (max) it will take if I apply for Provincial Immigration?

Answer to Question 3 : you dont need to submit offer letters, You would need to submit experience certificates from the company stating duration and skills you worked on .More on is in the guide on CIC website for applicants applying for skilled category
