I think most of the posts above got it but I just wanted to highlight something.
The CRA will look at primary and secondary ties together to determine residency for Canadian tax purposes. While you may not have primary ties, you seem to have a quite a bit of secondary ties. Generally, secondary residential ties must be looked at collectively to evaluate the significance of any such tie. So holding a single secondary tie will likely not cause the CRA to consider you a resident of Canada.
Currently, you have multiple secondary ties, which could lead the CRA to deem you to be a resident of Canada for tax purposes.
