India has several states, & each state has a capital. So, when TK mentions capital city, what makes you think it's only Chennai or Mumbai only.
Branding anyone a loser without knowing any details (past & future), only shows your inability to analyze & eagerness to reach a conclusion.
My question to you is: "How do you define success?
Because if you cannot define success, you wouldn't know what a Loser stands for.. Above all every individual's requirements, situations, ambitions, responsibilities, etc are different. What may be good for you, may not be good for someone else...

And, keep in mind a lot of people who are going back to India, are actually more happy nowadays. Better pay structure, better facilities, (yes there is corruption, but it doesn't affects your day to day lifestyle).
Things have changed over the last couple of years.

When you clicked on title of this topic , you wanted to check on what can be wrong with the buffets, but seems like you got carried away by TKiesms. Stay focussed, tell us what happened when you last took the buffet dinner ?

Yeah Right. KT strikes a chord sometimes.

The last time I visited Brampron was in December 2010. Decided to go to Tandoori Flame with my brother's family who reside in Brampton. The spread was awesome. I decided to stick to the starters and ended up missing out on the desserts. Overall, it was great ambience and value for money. It was a bit crowded but it was on 31 December.

Sincerely,

King

Thanks for sharing the experience in detail Fido...
Other things that would help could be: Taking a nap in between, drink Kadhi/kheer instead of water to pacify thirst, take couple of trips to washroom, chat with friends, do some push ups in between..shake your belly to adjust all the food to make more space...and yeah as Ash1967 mentioned gulp the bottle of hajmola down...we pay so much for buffet why let it go waste...:D

a. Start with sweets and take sweet in between : This way in the end you don't feel despaired for not being able to have sweets due to full stomach and sweets in between combine well to a change in taste and back .

b. Go light on appetizers .. other wise one could fill one self on appetizers alone .

c. For the first helping try to take little of everything . In the second helping or the third come back for only the items that I like .

d. Take raita and salad as it aids me in digesting other things well . Avoid taking paneer dishes as they are heavy .

In the end , you will tend to over eat but even if I have to (occassionally ) I fill myself with the things I wish to .
