Hi,

I am on closed work permit but I lost my job last month. I am currently looking for new job but no luck.
I have to go back to India next year for family issue but my visa already expired. And to renew my visa, I need to submit work permit copy and employment letter. But I do not have employment letter cos no job so I do not know what to do next. Is there a way CIC will issue visa without the employment letter?

Let him stay in Canada. Why he needs to come to India which is dirty, polluted, corrupted and god forsaken place.
CD's-> Please give him all info and help him to stay in Canada itself.
