I'm working as a contractor for a leading bank in Toronto. I've completed my Masters in Computer Science from Ontario. I have my own incorporation. My 6 months of my contract in getting over in December. I would like to know whether I'm eligible for applying PR thru skilled worker class? Is it advisable to do that or should i need to go thru PNP? ( as the cost differs and also the processing time seems to be the same)

Also is it a must to take IELTS/TOEFL for PR even though I had completed Masters from Ontario?

Your work permit dates : Expires on August 2014
Are you running regular payroll ( in your incorporation ) : I'm an independent contract and I
ve my payroll generated
Your work experience : Had worked in India for 27 mnths and worked as Research Assistant for 16 months
I have taken TOEFL to come to Canada. It was in 2009 May , so it has expired.
