I don't know your plan, but one thing i suggest if possible do not cook at home, b'cos most of the time ladies are busy to do cooking and no one can really enjoyed. and cook for 60-75 people is not easy too.

best inquire to do catering from some of Indian restaurant, you can get easily dish with 8 to 10 items from $5.99 to $7.99 per dish (depends what you wants). Most of the time we ordered for 35 dishes and always we left with more food which is easily can accomodate another 7 to 8 people. Quantity is providing by some of restaurant are really good.

BTW, I don't know where you can rent some big vessels to cook but you can buy it from Subji Mandi or ask any temple if they can help you out and rent it you big vessels for one or two days......
