IMO, Mr. Kenny is in the right direction. Why the people who live here for 6 months and live in other countries for six months should enjoy the social benefits from the pocket of hardworking taxpayers? Many people don't pay taxes for their outside Canada income and still enjoying CCTB and other benefits.
They also make provision for their kid's university education which is comparatively cheaper to citizens. They also ensure future OAS without much contribution. In past, Liberals had a soft corner for this people who are really a burden to taxpayers and right now this government is rightly doing their job and they should go on with this.
