Hi all,

To immigrate under skilled worker category , I heard that we have to submit notarised employment contracts from past and present employers to CHC .

I am living in chennai now and looking for a Notary to do this. Can anybody
share experience and details in this regard.

I have experience letters from past comepnies but not from the present company
But all things that are to be mentioned in experience letter according to CHC norms may not be there.

WORK EXPERIENCE
For you and your spouse or common-law partner:
• notarized employment contracts from your present and past employers, accompanied by an English or French translation
• Original and up-to-date letters of reference from your past and current employers. Letters must be written on company letterhead and show the company’s full address, telephone and fax numbers,and be stamped with the company’s official seal.
Letters must include all of the following information:
• the specific period of your employment with the company
• the positions you have held during the period of employment and the time spent in each position
• your main responsibilities in each position
• your total annual salary plus benefits
• the signature of your immediate supervisor or the personnel officer of the company
• a business card of the person signing
If you cannot provide a reference from your current employer, provide a written explanation.

There should not be any problem finding a notary in Chennai. Apidiye Highcourt campus pona 100 peru irrupa, ada vittutu forumla kekuriye niyayama??? There are guys who sit in Maruthi Van and Notorize papers, The price ranges from 10 Rs per page to 25 Rs all depends on ur bargaining power.
Its ok if the exp letter does not mention all requested by CHC, all u need is exp letters.

Thanks much for sharing your ideas. But I still have a doubt in mind about the format in which we have to submit the exp letters to CHC.

If we don't follow the same format specified by CHC , there might a chance of rejection.
