My parents asked to do visa extension medical check up.It cost heavy would like to know what is the procedure how it is being conducted what are the test physical and Lab test will be done If anybody can explain in details

It is basic blood work etc. not a big deal. You would have got a list of doctors. Ask them to go to them and get it done to get the visa. No Test = No Visa. You have no choice.
