I got a traffict ticket for not stopping long enough on a stop sign. Any advice on how to beat this?
When cop stopped me, he said I didn't stop enough on a STOP sign but the ticket said "disobey stop sign - Fail to stop". He didn't give any opportunity to speak or even come back to my sense as to why he stopped me. Not worried about the amount but conviction.
Please share your experiences if any.
You can go to court and challenge it in the court. Depends on the judge and whar arguments you give. If the cop does not show up the ticket is cancelled.
Other than that there is nothing one can do.
Do not go to the guys who claim they can waive off the ticket.
You will waster your money and time.

My friends answer to Judge was :" I stopped, probably did not count Mississauga1, Mississauga2, Mississauga3 but did stop"
Judge did let him go.
