Could you please advise me which is the best provider who charge reasonable rates in Pay as you go cell phone.
Because I need a cell phone for emergency purpose.

I use PC mobile (who leases their service from bell), but it is good and cheap- 20c per min.

Although, I use my cell only for emergency purpose.
