We are a family of 4 finished our landing on march 12th.We have recieved only 3 PR cards instead of 4.We have not recieved any communication either with regards to the card.What do i do next????

Wait till you hear from them. OR Alternately, find out from the call center by contacting them : From anywhere in Canada, call 1-888-242-2100 (toll-free)
They will provide you with proper forms and information. If you are in Mississauga, you can contact The Immigrant Help Center on Burnhamthorpe Road and drop in there and get directions to follow.
Since you are in Canada the process is simple but one of the family member has fallen through the cracks in the system as the PR card has not reached you yet. So, if it is hampering any of your travel plans, then you can speed up the process through the Immigrant Help Center. They are the best and close by.

we for got to mention. we have come back to dubai and i am planning to come by end july and my family will come later. in this case do i come there and follow up with the adress mentioned by you or do some arrangement from here?

The person in the family who does not have a PR card will have to apply and get a Travel Document to get into Canada, i.e. to cross the border. You do that about 30 days prior to your planning to get in.They will permit you to get in and then after re-entry apply for PR Card for that Individual, with Photographs etc., They will tell you at the P.O.E. The I.O (Immigration Officer) will give you all of the details at that time. You have gone through it once before, so it is nothing new to you.
