Though I have passed through Pune and heard of a few good builders, it is hard for me to raise a Real Estate Agent through my friends and relatives there. I was able to find a list on the web and it has a lot of names listed in there. I would advice you to to check their bonafides prior to even contacting them. Some of them are shady characters and post themselves as agents. So, be advised. I am sure you do know a few people there, otherwise you will not be landing there.

People there say avoid ethnic areas and hot spots.
