Salam.
I would like to know weather telephonic nikaah with bride in canada and groom in india/pakistan valid under the Canadian law for sponsorship?

If it is how long does the process take?

What are the steps involved?

What kinds of proofs are required?

If both couples are students would the bride still be able to sponsor? If not what kind of job does she require?

If it is not allowed what would be the best option for the couple if they both want to live in Canada?

I would appreciate any type of answer. Thanks.
