Hi,
I would like to share our joy with all of you. We received our passports back from CHC with immigration visa stamped.
Thanks for all your support, advise and guidance.
Please advise us on these issues:
Our son is in 2nd year at Uni, he is studing accounting/business; we are bit worried about his further study in Canadian University. Will Canadian Universities give him credit for his current study.
The other question is that currently we are in Australia and uni finishes end of November. If we migrate there in November, does he have to start the same year again in Canada or is it fine for him to continue in 3rd year at Uni?
Same problem is with my daughter, she is in year 10 and finishing her schooling in early December.
Which is the best university for Accounting in Toronto?
Thanks in advance for your reply and have a great weekend.
regards,
buddy any reason for migrating to canada from australia? im anxious to know that plz.

Here is an extensive guide that you can explore between now and November.

Our Universities start here during the first week of September of each year. So, you will have to figure this time factor out before we can even attempt at telling you about the anticipated loss of an year.
Waterloo university has been acclaimed as one of the best for Business and Accountancy. The others are equally good but not outstanding as the first one. Now the hitch: You will have to find a suitable job first and locate yourself in a suitable corner here and if the children position themselves at a university close by the residence, then it becomes economical for all of you to stay together. If this is not an inconvenience and they are free to pursue their studies at any place, then the situation eases and a whole lot of scenarios can be discussed and work things out to suit individual needs.
Here is a link that I have been advising people to get in touch with and exhaust, themselves, in finding all of their needs and questions answered first. If you come across any good solutions let us know the details also.

Your Immigrating together and settling here has a lot of advantages, fees charged are normal for Immigrants. Job situation for the summer, through the institutions also get a little easier. You can choose to work or study any time or during the breaks. Also if they want to avail any of the courses, after seeking vocational guidance, they can do so during the break or with the time available to them, due to the fact that the year ending at the current location and the beginning of the year here forces them to into a furlough.
You need a lot of guidance and I feel you have ample time to sort things out between now and the September of this year. After landing here, please collect all of the available materials for their education from all the sources here and sort tings out for yourselves.
Hope things work out for all of you, like the way you want it to.
Freddie.
