Bank of Canada raises key interest rate to 0.75 per cent

TD Raises Prime Rate To 2.75%. CIBC and RBC just went to 2.75% as well.

0.25 will not make big difference but it will create another panic mode in sheep.

Two more increases of 0.25% are on the anvil by Reserve Bank of Canada by September 2010 and shortly after.

Hi There,

I have new construction of house closing in April 2011. Can someone suggest me the best mortgage rate option ?

I am not much familiar with differnt mortgage types also. Any will will be great.
