Our client located in North Mississauga is looking for a Receptionist/Administration Assistant to join their company through a contract to permanent position. This is a young Canadian company that distributes their products worldwide. As it is a small, quiet office enviornment, must be comfortable working on your own. This postion has the potential for growth.

Duties include:
Answering all incoming calls and transferring calls to the appropriate extenion
Answering general inquiries
Internet Research
Receiving, distribution and stamping mail
Sorting cheques and writing up bank deposits (US and Canadian)
Matching invoices to receiving slips
And other duties as assigned

You must be detail oriented, a self starter, eager to learn and must have a good command of the English language both verbal and written. Knowledge of quick books and the ability to speak and write Spanish is considered an asset.
