It is really anovel and good idea to shame the bribe seeker. Instead of putting Gandhiji's picture, may be they should put MM's picture. The fox has fooled Indians for very long time and done ZERO to reduce corruption. Instead the symbol of corruption A.Raja is still having the lucrative portfolio.
Another alternative is to travel to Nepal where ISI and Chinese Govt have a collaboration to print Indian currency and of which entire India is aware except MM and Chindu. Buy that cheap, bribe the official and then complain to Police that the concerned officer is printing fake motes. Does it sound like some Hindi T.V. Serial drama?
