plz advise someone can apply for a study pemit while staying on Tourist visa, and what papers he need.

It is difficult to change the visitor status to student status while staying in Canada unless she/he declared the possibility of becoming student at the time of visitor visa application.

It is advisable to go out of Canada and apply for student visa.

thanks for the reply, but its not good, why some one has to go back and spent money on travel tickets .... is there any other way option to get extension to this visa and apply for the student permit.

see the education cost will be 8000$, where to travel back home has to spent 3500$ ..
