Citizenship test for H1B visa holder

Hi Gurus,

Please inform me about question asked to persons having H1 visa during citizenship test by officer.
I have H1 visa and been to US 4 times in last 4 years.what kind of questions will be asked to me.

All depends, are you working from home for your US based employer?
now are days they are counting all the dates in/outs from Canada so you have to be very careful when filling the information.i was in same situation, i quitted job from US and now permanetly residing in Canada. Make sure you are meeting the residency requirments, 3 years in Canada out of last 4 years

Hi Abbay,
Iam working from home for US based employer , and met the residency requirement. I filed for citizenship in December 2008 ..now waiting for test date.

Do I need to take my credit card statement also.

When I went for my citizenship test I had a H1 sticker on my passport.After the test the official met me and she asked me about my CDN stay. She then asked me to submit a residency questionnaire.I also attached my T4s with the questionnaire and the birth certificates of both my children along with the citizenship card of my wife.I also submitted my home ownership papers.

I appreciate your reply. My family (my wife and my son) have 3 stamps of entering US on my passport.
Did you have same situation, If you have visited US on H1 then what kind of questions are being asked.

H1 is a work permit visa. You need a B2 Visa to Visit US

Credit card statement is not enough since they know someone else can also run ones CC, Ownership of property will be a great ++
