Hi There,

Yesterday we got mail for our citizenship test, our citizenship test is on jun 2008. But becoz i have 3 mth old daughter it's not possible for both of us to attend it. Is it possible if i postpone my test???? My hubby spoke to cic abt this & they told that this will delay his citizenship too. Is it true???

How long does it take to get new test date??

I can understand , how hard it is to adjust things with the kids around us.But somethings cannot wait .This is the time when we miss our family and friends most.
Me and my husband recently wrote the test ,its not so tough if you study.I had my friends to help me with my son.

Anyway, I wanted to help you with this problem .So, if you did not change your date yet pls., do not do it. you can leave your child at our place .I would be happy to provide you couple of hours help. If you feel comfortable with this plan give your phone number . We can talk it over.

you can try separating your files and then the citizenship will be separate .

Generally within two months you should get a request for the test if you miss it .

by the way cant yu leave your baby with a baby sitter for the duration of test .
