I am trying to figure out the meaning of Bhupinder's song "kabhi kisi ko mukammal.......milta". Can some guru's help?

In english it means complete, in hindi Poora (full) "kabhi kisi ko poora jahan nahin milta"

Yes Mukammal is an Urdu / Hindi word and is also used in Uzbek language.

Mukammal is originally an Arabic word, derived from the parent word Kamil.

Depending on how it is used, it can mean complete or perfectness.
