As every one seeing lot of volatility in USD $ . So how much USD can we keep for personnel use in USD borderless plan account in the bank

I don't think there is a limit to how many US$ you can keep in any account

The more the merrier

If you are maintaining USD for the sake of value, it may be hard to speculate the falling or rising dollar. If you are doing it for savings, any amount is good. Like smiley stated, more the merrier.
