Job offer and already application

hello friends,

Just few days ago I applied for the skilled worker under the list of 38 category. But this week I got job offer from Canadian company. But this job is not as I included in the application that I applied few days ago. Then in this point what can I do? Can I include this job offer as arranged job? Anyone has any experience pls write me.
