Himanshu, we were in similar situation about 5 yrs ago.....you can appeal the decision....we went through a lawyer. If you are in toronto...try getting 1st free consulatation from Sol Gombinsky(google it...you will see his add & ph #)...he was a immigration officer & then retired & opened his own consultancy...hope this helps..

Thanks Pooja, I found the website but the guy is in Toronto.. and I am right now in new delhi..not sure how i can work this out...but surely the person is really good Is could make that out from his website!!!

pls pls pls for God sake dont go to this guy. He makes my friend gone through lots of up and down. some of his documents he never reported to his lawyer and delays his hearings. I had seen my friend gone through lots of grief and i had experienced that too. I too had bad experience with him.

Regarding your rejection i feel very bad. MY hubby was rejected 10 yrs back from dubai (for his student permit for US) and i had seen tears in his eyes, but he never lose hope and applied for Australia and Canada. By God grace he completed his 3 yrs education here in Canada, got a good job in his field and also he got his Canadian Immigration 3 yrs back. so dont lose hope.

I met him few years back regarding to submit our immigration paper. I was not satisified with his professionalism - He was so furious with me and charged me $200 - Someone told me he scolded his secretary so badly one day as she forgot to collect installment money from one of his client
