Is there a good website to find the list of active/future residential projects by location.

I was looking to find out builders / projects in Ajax, Pickering and Brampton area which are available right now.

You can pick up a free copy of new homes magazine... there are multiple mags on this. Another option is go check out the websites of builders... (Ofcourse, talking to a realtor also is an option)

Please explore through the link. There might be a builder suitable to your liking in that neighborhood. Also drop in at some of the building sites and a few of the other smaller builders buy a lot and do their own construction. So a visit will be well worth your efforts.

You should choose a place close to your work and also will have schools near by for the children to walk. If public transportation passes through that area, it will be a bonus.

Thanks Vimal, the site is great, you can see the number of warranty claims by builder and see if they fulfilled the warranty or not....it basicaly gives you idea about builder reputation.

I also found many other good resources on the site, thanks again for posting it.
