I am not looking for branded stuff. Just good quality formal wear at reasonable prices.

Will be a good option to check Sears liquadation sale as suggested by Kalpna.

I have bought stuff from Sears liquidation sale before, however, I didn't find it to be formal, office-wear quality.
It's ok for casual wear.
I bought raincoats, winter jackets, etc. but I haven't yet found quality stuff you can wear for formal use.
For that, regular Sears stuff, Wal*Mart is better, assuming you want to stay within price constraints.
