The last I know, IBM has acquired the firm and the operations of COGNOS.

You may be able to get some information from this location on a working day.
Keep this web site handy and follow through and find how you can proceed to get the training that you are looking for at a location that is close to you. If there are none, then find out where you can go to get the training. Also ask for the pre-qualification requirements or apprenticeship training from them.
