What are the options to Travel To India from Windsor ?

Detroit would be the best choice given that Air Canada has a monopoly on the Windsor-Toronto route and charges hefty ticket prices.

You could contact RobertQ Airbus that runs shuttle service among Detroit, Windsor, London and Toronto airports. Or else, you have to take a cab which might run up to $80.

I don't know about cheap fares, but as far as connection goes:

Northwest - Mumbai, Hyderabad, Chennai via Amsterdam (NW/KLM)
Lufthansa - Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai and ??Hyd?? (not sure of Hyd)

Other airlines do offer service but have to take another connection within the US. You may also try Air Canada from Detroit - Toronto to India (maybe that might be cheaper).

I've only flown Northwest since I have frequent flier privileges.

Lowest web fare I could find from Detroit to New Delhi (I don't know where you intend to go, I just assumed Delhi) is $1,088 USD for a Sep departure [American Airlines].

Funny thing is that you can book the same flight on Travelocity in CAD for $706.

On the other hand, you can avoid all this hassle and fly out of Toronto on American (stopping at Chicago and Brussels) for $799.

If you don't mind driving from Windsor to Toronto, this may be your best bet.

I don't think you can get much better than this.
