Yep - been on a 7-day tour of the East Coast covering Nova Scotia, New Bruncswick & PEI, thru Tai Pan Tours.

Good hotels, but the tour is a bit hectic. Days generally start at around 7:30/8am and end by 7:30pm. They stop every 2-3 hrs. Day 2 was long, strarted at Montreal and ended at New Brunswick, almost felt like - what a waste, but in the end it all worked out.

Would certainly recommend. On my own I don't think I would have been able to cover that much.

Hi SS :

We are considering the same tour but my concern is too much time will be spent in bus and less at places to visit.

This is my experience based on the tour we did with them to Ottawa mtrl and quebec.

How was this one ? Did you feel you could not spend enough time at places or did not get to see many places you had expected to see ?

Hi Bash ; Did you make it yet ? How did you go and what was your experience ?

Thx.

I have communicated with Aashu and given my feedback, but for the benefit of others I'll post a reply here.

Exceptt for day 2 when we drove from Montreal to St. John's, NF, we felt as if our $$ is down the drain. But once we started the sight-seeing from the evening of day 2, it went non-stop. We throughly enjoyed the trip. I don't think we could have done that had we driven on our own, and at that time gas was around 80-90 cents.

At some places we felt if we had a little extra time it would certainly have been welcome, but overall no regrets.

The best saving is when U are a family of four and willing to share one room.

The most expensive attraction was the Whale watching in Quebec. It was around $65 per adult. But worth it, a 3-hr cruise.

Try AmbassaTours - google & you '' reach their website . Ideal time to visit Atlantic Canada is FALL - also browse for Celtic Colors / festival .

You can always commute b/w major cities on train / transit and rent a car to do the iternary yourself .
