Does any of the real estate agent can guide me about the price range for condos in 350 red maple drive, Markham. I want to get a 950 sq ft two bed room appartment and builder sems to be agreeing on 285000. In the beginning of negotiation, he was asking for 299900 and now he has me down to this value.

Do you guys believe that this vaue is competitive enough for what I am getting? Any experieces, comments?

For those that think realtors do not bring value - here is an example of the knowledge you can access from an agent.

Realtors do bring value but it is certainly not 2.5% worth of property. So mr Big V, I will better use some other technique to get the fair value of the place instead of a realtor... Thanks for your kind help and proving that you are "Mahan".
