I agree that this is a traffic ticket mentality and this highlights the point I have been trying to make - We HAVE to fight for our rights, nobody else will do it for us.

After all, by choosing not to go to court to contest a ticket, you are "implying" that you were indeed at fault and the ticket is valid.

The squeeky wheel gets greased first- That's the way the world works.

Always crying baby gets the milk either from Mother or Maid.

If a Customer is not happy about the services of the company, fight to get the services from the representative of the company by legally. That is why so many lawsuits in North America!

Sorry, but I am a bit confused :h Are you For or Against customers fighting "legally" for their rights?

I am a Customer; and I am for a Customer.

I am against to a non performing Customer Service Representative (CSR) and their Company.

I mentioned traffic ticket mentality for the CSRs and not for the Customers.

Vow it works as a magic ... I was communicating with FS for a week with no gains .. I followed what Investpro and DT suggested .. On more mail to FS with the text stated by them and I already have positive response with in less than 6 hours ..
