Mumbai commuters will be introduced to "Smart card" system soon which would be used for all kinds of travels /coomutes.

Another over-ambitious project without taking into account ground reality. These projects cannot succeed in Mumbai or for that matter any over populated city in India. I can already see a number of ways where it will create a total chaos. I am not sure if those coupon validating machines are still in operation..the ones they hand on railway stations.
