Which year applications are been processed ?

Tentatively when the 2004 cases will be processed.

I don't have ny idea of ur case, but as per my info for the cases are concerned, 2002 cases r being processed in new delhi office, but i can't predict how much time it would take for 2002 and 2003 cases............new 67 pt rules apply to 2003 cases onwards. I am sure that in coming time horses will be back on track and timeline will surely decrease. but not for 2002-2005 cases at least, as it takes time + resources at immigration office to pull the trigger. So if u r between 2002-05, then u have to wait for 5-6 yrs minimum (sorry for that).....

but I was thinking of consulting immigration lawyer of canadian desi, and ask him to put some appeal in the court for reducing the timeline: - the reason I am thinking of this is because,

1) a person applying at the age of 30 (avg age people apply for PR) for immigration from india, will be waiting 6 yrs to get his/her PR. At the time of coming to canada, he will be 36,,,,then he will be struggling to settle down in canada...ultimately he will be 40 + ,,,,,and will have only left with 15-20yrs for working in this country, and paying taxes........so now question arises for both the immigrants and the govt: -

a) does canadian govt thinks that after living in a county for 35 yrs, and coming to canada just for 20yrs, will benefit any party ????? benefit can be in terms of social, security, or economical.....
b) immigrants coming at that age finds it diff to adjust with the conditions in canada,,,,,they r close to their middle age of work.
C) education from india/pakistan is not well recognized in canada, and that makes it more difficult for any professional from these countries to settle here. and at 35 +, do they expect them to go back to school for further education, or earn living for their homes..... if an immigrant goes to college or univ at this age, how will his family survive and his childrens are already in the age of going to school or colleges, and a person has to bear their expenses also.

so it is best for both parties, if the timeline can be decreased to 1-2 yrs at most, and same for parents immigration.

so i would suggest u guys also to contribute towards such an appeal and support this forum, and join hands not pray in front of them, but to fight a legal battle for our own good...........
