I am a landed immigrant (Indian Citizen) to Canada, Toronto for the last 6 months. I got my H1B approved. I do not have any family ties, properties or job at the moment in Canada. What is the chance that I can get my H1B stamped in US Consulate in Toronto? What are the problems I may face? This is my second H1B, the first one I never used and got expired.

I also understand that there is about one month waiting to get an interview at the US consulate, Toronto. What do I do to get it stamped asap. Can I get it done from Ottawa consulate?
