Hello every one,
As i was afradi, my application has been refused. The visa officer said that i did not have passing mark. I obtained 66 points one point short. This sucks. I heard that if you cross 60 marks you are eligible of an interview at least. I was only one point short. Can i appeal or something. PLease let me know.

You have 60 days now to appeal if you want. But, If they have assesed you 66 then I am afraid that you will get result in your favour.
However, if you feel that your points are over 67 then you can appel and get CAIPS.From CAIPS note you could figure out where they have cut your points.

Hey thanks wonders for your replies,
Well i am afraid i cant appeal. well the lawyer told me that if my marks were over 67 and then if they rejected then i can appeal. But if you dont have 67 points you cant even appeal coz u dont qualify. If you feel you qualify then you have to apply totally a new application from start. Man this sucks. I got details of my points with the rejection i lost a lot of points in age section only got 4 out of ten rest was ok. I guessi just lack there over age. any ways thanks for your replies. I am sorry to hear to your result. Where you were able to see the decision on line, Could you please provide the link? I know couple friends waiting for the final decision with file number and have no clue where to see on online?
