New TD1 forms for tax exemptions are out. In it the new "Child tax credit" has been added which only one parent can claim. It doesn't specify who can claim. Who do you think claim it, one who has lower income or the one who has higher?

It would make sense for the one who has higher income to claim this deduction.
It is effective 1st July.
