We Made our landing last year and applied for CTB ....but we are not getting any amount...how does it work ? do you get the money to your account or do you have to claim it in some other way ?


Or am I eligible to claim it at all ? considering we are not in Canada?

If the CRA finds out u are getting CTB without living in canada then u will end up getting penalty letters from CRA, and yes they get info from the border services about your flights in and out of the country.

CRA charges 18% interest for penalties. Trying to willfully defraud CRA is not a good idea..
