Soon my spouse would be coming to Canada. I am wondering if there is any limit on bringing jewelery and funds?

All personal belongings can be brought while immigrating to Canada first time. (or you can declare and goods can follow later on)

For bringing cash, you will need to check with the country your wife is coming from.
