Hi,

My Indian friend is doing MS- Electrical Engg from USA. He has been residing in US for 3 years and planning to immigrate to Canada after completion of study (April-2004).

I have following questions:

Is he eligible to apply from USA?

What is the approx. processing time?

How much is the approx. fees of a lawyer's services?

The approximate processing time in Buffalo varies from 18-36 months.
