Do you know of any online Stock Brokerage that deals in Canadian and US Stock trades and that don't charged Account Inactivity fees ?

E*Trade charges $25 per quarter, unless you make atleast 2 commissionable trades per quarter.

TD Charges $15 per quarter.

ScotiaMcleod has no charges provided you have one activity in the account in a year or you pay $50 account maintenance fees.
BUT
You need to pay $28.75 for each buying and selling transaction

It's a Montreal based company and they dont charge any inactivity fee the commission is also $9.95 plus some kind of exchange fee.

Anyone used these guys ?

I have been using TradeFreedom for the past 2 months. They seem to be pretty good, considering their charges. However, their website leaves a lot to be desired. But, you can get your stuff done - buy and sell stocks.

I would recommend them over the pricey brokers any day.
