Can anybody tell me basic benefits of doing business (part-time or full-time) in canada. Cos i ve been told lot many # of times to start biz and avail tax benefits.

What other benefits apart from tax benefits can anybody avail. And also if tax only then pls. explain in detail how ? ( if any useful link is available ..do share that)
