I have applied for sponsership my parents immigration and no exceptions haven't heard from CIC authorities for at least 36 months. My dad has to go through most likely a by pass surgery in india. He was here on visitor visa last month. He is 65 years old his health has been absolutely fine never ever had any problems. He has also spent quite active life overall. My question is would it have any detrimental effect on his immigration process and would have any travel restrictions if he goes through a bypass surgery.
