Hi everyone.

Anyone here who has applied and received OSAP loan, would please share the info as to what is the procedure as I am thinking of doing specialization and would require full time.

please suggest.

First of all you have to be a canadian permenant resident or citizen. If you are, then you have to choose a university/college/private institute and a course that are eligible for OSAP loan. Your best bet is to check the OSAP website for the details required. Even the institute that you are planning to study should give you all the necessary guidance and help to fillup the OSAP form.
