How to keep my immigrants' status alive w/o staying for 3 years in canada ?

A cursory glance would tell that the thread got derailed much earlier.
However thanks very much to ftfl and vel for taking an objective view and giving valuable inputs. Am in the same boat like Ved. He could stay away from Canada and probably earn twice as much in Dubai. Self back in India with a salary half of what I could contribute from Canada. On top of that have lost all my retirement savings because of the failed Canada launch and spending sleepless nights to see if anything could be salvaged from the debris. Therefore could understand Ved’s predicament.
Don’t know why people should pounce on Ved without ascertaining facts and declare that “he was unfit to live in Canada-unfit to live in Dubai-go back to India” etc. That is what I meant by people trying to the play the role of visa officers. Almost certain that people who are successful, occupying responsible positions and making positive contribution to Canada will not make statements like that. Really scary what the sadistic elements hold for newcomers.
For all the deserving people who are waiting in the queue and wanting to make Canada their home, better watch out for a fourth C other than Climate, Culture and Career.

Could you give your details instead of just complaining about your failed launch? That will help prospective immigrants to assess their suitability.
For example why don't you provide details like your qualification, which university you graduated from, how much experience you have in India and in abroad etc., your attempts to get clear the Licensing Exam in your field (e.g. P.Eng.) and why you think you failed. e.g. the exams were too tough / the subjects were different from those I studied in India etc
What background preparation did you do before landing in Canada? Did you checkout the details about licensing exam (the format of the exam and syllabus) before coming to Canada?
Also where did you land in Canada and why did you live in that place i.e. did you have a lot industries in your field in that area?
Without telling details, if you say I was having a good job in Dubai and I failed in canada - that doesn't make much sense to readers.

There can be several reasons if a person like you failed in Canada. It can be a fault in the system, it can be your fault or a mix of both. Just throwing a statement saying canada is not good for immigrants doesn't make sense.
I just saw from one of your earlier posts you stayed in canada for only two months.
PLEASE DO NOT EXPECT IT TO BE EASY TO SETTLE DOWN HERE WITHOUT CARRYING ENOUGH MONEY TO LET YOU SURVIVE FOR ATLEAST 10 MONTHS.
