I am planning to sponsor my mother and father from India and file their application in Aug 2006.

My mother is planning to come to Canada for higher education in Aug 2007.Is it better that I apply for her PR after she enters Canada on a student visa.

Will there be a issue if she goes for a student visa in Aug 07 in Delhi once her PR application is filed in Aug 06 in Toronto?

My parents have multiple entry for 10 years that will expire in June 2015.

I am looking for the differences in the process when she is applying from her country of origin and within Canada ?
